We want you to love your Crowned Roots gift. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, free of charge.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Final Sale Items Some products are designated as Final Sale at the time of purchase. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit. All Final Sale purchases are considered complete and non-refundable.
Damaged or Altered Items Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. Once your item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.
