Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates:
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Final Sale Items Final Sale items follow the same shipping process but are not eligible for return once delivered.
